This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Planet Biggy ("the App", package com.signature43.planetmerge), published by Signature 43 ("we", "us"), handles information. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.

Summary

• We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
• Your game progress is stored locally on your device.
• Third parties we use — Google AdMob (ads) and Google Play Billing (purchases) — may collect identifiers and usage data to provide their services.

Information handled

1. Information stored on your device (not sent to us). Game progress — high scores, Stardust balance, owned/equipped cosmetics, settings, and daily-challenge state — is saved locally on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers (we operate no game server).

2. Advertising — Google AdMob. The App shows ads via Google AdMob: an optional, opt-in rewarded video ad (you choose to watch it for an in-game bonus) and an occasional full-screen interstitial ad shown between rounds. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect and process device and usage information, including a device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad-interaction data. Where required by law (e.g. the EEA/UK), the App presents a consent request (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown.

3. In-app purchases — Google Play Billing. Purchases of premium cosmetics and the Supporter Pack are processed by Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never receive your payment-card details. We receive only the purchase record needed to unlock and restore your items, which is tied to your Google account so your purchases restore on reinstall or a new device.

4. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The App is intended for general audiences 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the third-party services above, contact us and we will assist as appropriate.

How information is used

• To save and restore your game progress (locally / via Google Play).
• To display and measure ads — the optional rewarded ad and the between-rounds interstitial (via AdMob).
• To process and restore in-app purchases (via Google Play Billing).

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed by our service providers Google AdMob and Google Play Billing for the purposes above, under Google's terms.

Your choices and rights

• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
• Consent: in regions that require it, you may decline personalized ads in the in-app consent prompt.
• Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access or delete data held by Google about you — exercise these via Google, and contact us at the address above for help with anything under our control.
• You can clear locally stored progress by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

Data retention and security

Local game data persists on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Data held by Google is retained per Google's policies. We take reasonable measures to keep the App secure, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
